Ordinances are laws passed by the Board of Supervisors in accordance's with the Second Class Township Code, which establish rules and regulations in order to protect the health, safety, and general welfare of the residents of Lower Towamensing Township.

Complaint Enforcement Policy:

Currently, Lower Towamensing Township's policy is only accept complaints/concerns that are written and signed by the complainant. We keep the complainants' information confidential, but it is necessary in order to take violations to the District Magistrate for enforcement.
