Board of Supervisors Monthly Meeting
All meetings are advertised according the Sunshine Act, which established rules for Township's and Municipalities on how to advertise public meetings and times where any Board, Committee, or Commission meets and a public decision is made. When a meeting is held an agenda is created to guide the discussion of the meeting and minutes are recorded to establish a written record of what was discussed and voted on at the meeting.
The following is a schedule of all regularly scheduled Township public meetings.

- Tuesday 1/2/2024 at 3:00 p.m. following the Board of Supervisor Meeting
- Tuesday 2/6/2024 at 7:00 p.m.
- Tuesday 3/5/2024 at 7:00 p.m.
- Tuesday 4/2/2024 at 7:00 p.m.
- Tuesday 5/7/2024 at 7:00 p.m.
- Tuesday 6/4/2024 at 7:00 p.m.
- Tuesday 7/9/2024 at 7:00 p.m.
- Tuesday 8/6/2024 at 7:00 p.m.
- Tuesday 9/3/2024 at 7:00 pm
- Tuesday 10/1/2024 at 7:00 p.m.
- Tuesday 11/5/2024 at 7:00 p.m.

All meetings are held at the Township Building located at 595 Hahns Dairy Road, Palmerton, PA 18071, unless otherwise noted.
