Zoning Hearing Board Meeting

The Serfass Family is proposing to subdivide a 2.88 acre parcel into two building lots located at 3300 Fireline Road.  The property is situated in an R-C (Rural Conservation) Zoning District.  Section 406 of the Lower Towamensing Township Zoning Ordinance requires a minimum lot size of two (2) acres for each lot.  This appeal seeks a Variance, which requires action of the Zoning Hearing Board.
