Sewer Enforcement / Well Enforcement Officer
The Sewage Enforcement / Well Enforcement Officer is appointed annually by the Board of Supervisors. It is the responsibility of the Sewage Enforcement Officer to issue permits for on-lot septic systems and holding tanks, in addition the SEO is responsible to issue violation notices and take corrective action on malfunctioning on-lot septic systems. The Well Enforcement officer is responsible for the issuing of well permits for the Township.
