The Lower Towamensing Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Lower Towamensing Township Municipal Building, located at 595 Hahn’s Dairy Road, Palmerton, PA 18071, to hear the following request:

Dennis Erkinger is proposing to adjust the lot line between neighboring properties located at 3410 & 3450 Little Gap Road.  The properties are situated in a V-C (Village Center) zoning district.  Section 406 of the Lower Towamensing Township Zoning Ordinance requires a minimum lot size of one (1) acre for each lot.  This appeal seeks a Variance, which requires action of the Zoning Hearing Board. 

The Zoning Hearing Board will take testimony, deliberate and may vote on this request at this hearing. A Full copy of this application is on file at the Township Office and may be viewed during normal business hours.
