The Aquashicola Volunteer Fire Company was founded in 1929 and provides fire protection, rescues and fire prevention for Lower Towamensing Township. The AFD relies on volunteers to help run its organization. If interested in helping this organization you can stop by on a Monday night to become a volunteer, or you can support their numerous fundraising efforts throughout the year. We support our fire department and we value and appreciate their dedication to protecting our residents and property within Lower Towamensing Township.
